THE FOUNDER

FabySmiles was founded by a passionate dental professional and native New Yorker with over 16 years of experience in the dental industry. Having worked in a variety of roles and supported numerous dental practices throughout her career, our founder developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges dental offices face when it comes to staffing. From last-minute coverage needs to finding the right long-term team members, FabySmiles was born out of a genuine desire to offer practical, personalized staffing solutions that truly make a difference.

As a native New Yorker, our founder brings a strong work ethic, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to excellence—traits that are at the heart of everything FabySmiles does.
